The Job

  • Create & Innovate: Produce publish-ready images, short-form video, and copy using AI generation tools, including generators that support style locking and character consistency, video tools with camera motion control and scene extension, and LLMs used in multi-step prompt chains.

  • Think & Experiment: Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and integrate the best into existing workflows; document findings and make concrete recommendations to improve output quality and production speed.

  • Produce & Adapt: Create short-form video and static visuals optimized for Instagram, TikTok, paid ads, Amazon listings, website, and email — adapting formats, aspect ratios, and messaging for each channel.

  • Collaborate & Advise: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to maintain brand consistency across all AI-generated content.

  • Develop Prompts & Workflows: Build and maintain structured prompt libraries and repeatable workflows (using Make or Zapier) that allow consistent, on-brand output at scale, including image, video, and copy generation pipelines.

  • Test & Improve: Track content performance across channels. Use data to iterate on formats, prompts, and workflows, and share learnings with the broader team in a structured way.

  • AI-first mindset: AI tools are the primary production method in this role, not a supplement. You are expected to handle all tools responsibly, with awareness of data privacy, IP considerations, and compliance with company data protection standards.

The Individual

  • Proven track record: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience producing AI-assisted content for marketing or content workflows, with a portfolio that demonstrates real-world output. You should be able to take a brief from concept to finished asset independently, without relying on designers or editors to clean up the output. Your application must include at least one example of each asset type, with a short note on your process and the tools you used.

  • AI-savvy: Hands-on experience with the tools listed above or close equivalents. You can open Runway or Kling today and produce something usable. You know when to use Midjourney vs. Firefly vs. Krea and why.

  • Creative & strategic: Able to translate a product brief or campaign goal into compelling visual and written output that serves a clear marketing purpose.

  • Independent thinker: You spot a content gap or workflow inefficiency and fix it before being asked.

  • Experimental mindset: Comfortable running structured tests on prompts, models, and workflows. You iterate based on output quality and performance data, and you document what you learn.

  • Detail-oriented: Strong eye for brand consistency, visual quality, and tone. You notice when a font is off, a voiceover doesn't match the brand, or a prompt is producing generic output.

  • Team player: Able to explain AI capabilities and limitations clearly to non-technical colleagues and collaborate effectively across marketing, product, and other functions.

  • Curious & forward-thinking: You follow AI developments closely and have genuine enthusiasm for the space.

  • Fluent in English: Able to communicate easily and fluidly with an international team.
