We are looking for a Business Development Representative, you will support our growth in Brazilian markets by identifying potential clients and assisting in outreach and lead qualification, while working closely with the marketing team to target and optimize campaigns.

Research and identify new business opportunities (Brazil markets)
Support outreach via email, LinkedIn and calls (possibly in person meetings)
Qualify leads and manage CRM data
Assist the sales team with pipeline development
Communicate with prospects in German, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to target and optimize campaigns for these specific markets
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role (Business Development, Sales)
Fluent German (C1), Brazilian Portuguese (C1/native), English (C1)
Strong communication skills
